4. Scheduling and Cancellations

4.1 Clients may schedule appointments through the website only. Appointments are subject to availability.

4.2 Clients may reschedule or cancel appointments with at least 72 hours notice. This will incur no fee. Clients agree that rescheduling is subject to appointment availability.

4.3 Clients agree that cancellations within 72 hours of the appointment time incur fees (see Table 4.3.a)

4.4 Clients agree that if they fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice, they will be required to pay the full reading price.

Cancellation of any services booked through “Readings by Naomi” between 24-72 hours of appointment time.

50% Cancellation Fee

Cancellation of any services booked through “Readings by Naomi” within 24 hours of appointment time.

100% Cancellation Fee
